Terms of Use for Piano!

1. Grant of Free License
By downloading, installing, or using Piano! (“the Application”), you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the software on any compatible Apple Mac computer you own or control.
You are free to use Piano! for personal practice, music education, songwriting, and commercial audio or video productions without any royalty fees or licensing payments required.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Piano!, including its original user interface, design, graphics, custom algorithms, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of Ryan Drean. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute for sale, or repackage the application under another commercial brand without prior written authorization.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the author or copyright holder be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.
4. System Requirements & Compatibility
Piano! requires macOS 13.0 or later. While we strive to maintain compatibility with future macOS releases, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation on legacy or modified operating systems.
